About Sean Little

Hello! Thanks for taking a moment to check out my profile! I'm Sean, a licensed real estate agent serving North Idaho and Eastern Washington.

I've been working in the Coeur d’Alene and Spokane markets for over five years. I do my very best to bring strategy, precision, and a long-term mindset to every transaction. Whether you're buying your first home, selling a property you've built a life in, or growing a portfolio, my goal is to make sure you move with confidence.

I also actively invest into real estate myself, which means I'm not just helping you buy or sell a house. I'm evaluating opportunity, analyzing value, and thinking about what this decision means for your long-term financial picture. I apply the same thinking to my own investments, and I bring that perspective to every client I work with.

Prior to pursuing a career in real estate, I had the opportunity to work at world class golf clubs, manage a top local landscaping company, mix drinks as a bartender, and install TV’s. I also served in the Idaho Army National Guard and did a deployment with my brothers and sisters to the sandbox in 2010. 

Outside of real estate, I'm a husband to my amazingly talented and beautiful wife and father to four, spunky children. I believe real estate is ultimately about more than transactions. It's about building stability, creating opportunity, and shaping the life you want to live. That's what drives me.

When I'm not working, you'll find me on the golf course, out on a trail, hunting, or putting in work on our new family farm. Faith, family, friends, and community are what matter most to me, and that shows up in how I do business.
